Team Leader Property Management

Principal Duties:
• Oversees the safeguarding and distribution of all medical and industrial equipment.
• Manages the movement and relocation of medical and industrial assets, ensuring smooth operations.
• Ensures all issued assets are accurately coded and logged with all relevant information.
• Participates in preparing asset replacement forecasts for medical and industrial properties.
• Provides management with regular reports on the status and background information of medical and industrial assets.
• Conducts regular inspections to ensure the accuracy of records for all medical and industrial assets.
• Coordinates the provision of assets to departments for special events, symposiums, conferences, and workshops.
• Ensures that all borrowed assets are logged and returned in good condition.
• Supervises and evaluate the performance of subordinate staff to ensure efficient asset management.
• Monitors and ensure the effective implementation of asset control procedures within the team
• Preforms other job-related duties as required.
