• Assists in the delivery of information or direction among the students and ensures students are fully aware of any upcoming events.
• Supports and assists the students in all approved social, cultural and physical activities.
• Coordinates with the various internal departments and external organizations to assist in the personal development of the students for additional activities to enhance individual skills, such as, artistic, scientific and cultural hobbies.
• Assists in the implementation of the approved plan for the students, in regards to scientific and recreational activities.
• Assists in preparation of public lectures, symposium bulletin magazines and arranges cultural competitions for students.
• Follow-ups on student’s complaints and reports on such matters.
• Provides the necessary information and resources to the students to facilitate the required services and appointments, such as, medical services and psychological counseling.
• Submits reports and statistical data as required.
• Performs other job-related duties as required.

English Language Requirement (Level I ):
To apply for this position, you must meet one of the following:
• STEP: %75 or more.
• IELTS: 5 or more.
• TOEFL iBT: 51 or more.
• TOEFL PBT: 466 or more.
