- Reviews and assesses the need for training of academic and non-academic through surveys, interviews with employees or consolation with manager, and instructor. - Collaborates with other department in creating or developing training programs in response to feedback from others. Offers specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills. - Reviews basic coaching and motivational techniques, adaptation of lesson plan or materials appropriate to specific instructional situations and methods. - Organizes, develops and obtains training procedure manuals and guides; and course materials such as handouts and visual materials. - Analyzes issues raised in classes or during any training and provides satisfactory feedback to students and supervisors and incorporate solutions as needed. - Monitors, evaluate and records training activities and program effectiveness. - Participates in evaluating the effectiveness of training activities using methods such as surveys, questionnaires, comments/suggestions and interviews as the basis for the future courses. - Maintains tracking for every training held, number of attendees, trainees, invited lecturer or speaker and prepares statistical report annually. - Participates in reviewing instructional materials for specific topic, target audience and learning environment to identify the elements of lesson plan, learning environment and resources that need adaption. - Develops and assists in planning annual training calendars. - Monitors training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and prepares budget reports to justify expenditures. Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Training and Development, Human Resources, or in related fields. English Language Skills: STEP: 75, IELTS: 6 or TOEFL: (PBT: 500) (IBT: 61) Work Experience: Minimum of three (3) years’ work experience in a related field.
