Education: - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Quality Management, Health Sciences or a related field- Essential - Master's Degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Quality Management, Medical Education, Health Sciences or a related field - Preferred Work Experience: Six (6) years of experience in the field of Quality Management - Essential English Language skills: IELTS: 6, STEP: 75% or TOEFL: (PBT: 500) (IBT: 61)
- Facilitates monitors, educates, conducts and coordinates related to quality and accreditation process and procedures. - Implements continuous quality improvement initiatives. - Initiates and recommends annual review/revision within KSAU-HS quality management programs/activities, databases, indicators etc. - Participates on-site visits to the various KSAU-HS facilities to work with staff on quality management programs and activities and provides full detailed on-site visit report. - Reviews results of committees' meetings, reports, reviews and any other similar documents. - Facilitates the preparation of periodical reports related to Quality and accreditation in different academic and non-academic units in KSAU-HS. - Ensures the implantation of approved recommendations within the domains related to Quality and accreditation. - Facilitates the formation, analysis and reporting of tools related to quality and accreditation. - Performs other job-related duties as required.
