Comprehensive knowledge of educational problem analysis and systems solutions definition and interface design.
1. Manages and coordinates the operation of the E-Leaming Technology Center (LTC). 2. Plans, coordinates, and conducts workshop in the use of technologies for faculty, staff, and students. 3. Serves as resource for faculty regarding IT issues. 4. Manages the Blackboard system (content delivery) and serves as the primary support person for faculty, staff, and student as well as the institutional content for the college. 5. Communicates, teaches and guides users of varying technical knowledge (senior administration, faculty, staff, or student). 6. Coordinates the development of future instructional technology needs by utilizing the proposal system and serving as a liaison between faculty and information Technology. 7. Creates and supports electronic resources such as an Instructional Technology website, FAQs, help guides, etc 8. Performs other related duties as required.
