- Education: Associate Diploma or equivalent – Essential. Bachelor’s Degree in related field – Preferred. - Work Experiences: 1 – 3 years working experience in office administration or secretarial position - Essential. - English Language Skills: IELTS: 6, STEP: 75%, or TOEFL: (PBT: 500) (IBT: 61)
- Performs and provides daily administrative support to the department. - Manage the routine daily inquiries and refer to the right personnel for immediate action. - Opens, sorts, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails. - Provides secretarial support for the immediate superior. - Establishes and maintains database and filing system both electronic and hard copy. - Prepares agenda for the scheduled meetings including document packages and ensures timely distribution of information in preparation for the meeting. - Prepares requisition of office supplies, equipment maintenance and follows up requests. - Acts and assists as the primary contacts of the department and ensures all appointments or booked meetings are properly delegated or relayed to the immediate personnel. - Answers/receives all incoming calls. - Ensures quantities of office supplies are maintained. - Performs other job related duties as required.
