Principal Duties: Provides assistance to the ATLS, PHTLS, DMEP and ATOM coordinators and cover their duties in their absence. Assists in designing brochures and posters. Helps in setting up and dismantling course facilities such as lectures and practical skills station area. Helps preparing course schedules and faculty/students assignments. Assists in ensuring equipment availability, course materials and registration. Assists in confirming arrangements of registration payments, transportation, room bookings, security, utilities & maintenance, housekeeping, media services, property, laundry and food services, skills stations and lecture rooms. Assists in the set up and dismantle course facility: lecture area and practical skills station area. Assists in preparing and recording all financial issues for audit checking. Assist in preparing pre-course materials. Assist in making travel arrangements such as flights, visas, and other necessary tasks. Performs other job-related duties as required.
