Education: High School Degree - Essential Work Experience: One (1) year of experience in an administrative related field – Preferred
Acts as the primary contacts of the department and ensures all calls, appointments, booked meetings, inquiries are properly delegated or relayed to immediate personnel. Performs general office duties of typing, operating office equipment, sorting mail, maintaining records, staff support and basic bookkeeping. Collects and Delivers document materials from and to departments within the university and outside agencies. Sorts, files, tracks, and archives electronic and hard copy documents as required. Receives, sorts, logs, stamps and distributes incoming and outgoing mail. Distributes meeting files to different departments. Schedules conference calls and meetings and assists visitors. Requests, tracks, and maintains inventory, office supplies, equipment and ensures proper keeping. Facilitates services and maintenance requests and maintain records receipts. Delivers messages and run errands, and ensures confidentiality at all times. Performs other job-related duties as required.
