Education requirements: Bachelor degree in Electronic/ communications/ Information Technology/ Information system /Engineering from a /recognized university Experience requirements: Minimum of eight (8) Yeats four (4) years should be in a supervisory level

Job Responsibilities

Principal Duties: • Manages and superverses the teams' dolly operation. • Upgrade, develops, and monitors communication system at king Saud bin Abdulaziz university for health sciences In respective region. • Develops departmental programs to ensure appropriate support to KSAU-HS. • Monitor the daily performance of the systems such as billing, Call center, and Recording Systems • Ensure the daily performance of the operation maintenance section. • Manages technical records and check other technical records prepared by the staff. • Prepares monthly and annual technical reports. • Monitors the daily performance of technical analyst and coordinator communications • Coordinates with other departments to achieve maximize communication services and ensure connectivity. • Ensures technical compliance with existing systems. • Facilitates the university/college building facilities that include residential/housing communications network systems, wireless systems, and other related equipment. • Handles all communication projects related to the department in respective region. • Coordinates and supervises sub-contractors to ensure compliance towards KSAU-Hs requirements. • Ensures all equipment and application in compliance with the ITU, IEEE, and educational academic standers. • Preforms other duties as requested by the department head, communications.
