Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor Degree in Information System, Statistics, Data Science and Analytics or a related field - Essential Work Experience: Two (2) years of experience in Data Management or related field- Essential English Language Level: Level – I – Essential IELTS: 5, STEP: 75, or TOEFL: (PBT: 466) (IBT: 51) - Essential

Job Responsibilities

 Assists in the development and implementation of standards, policies and procedures related to data management and governance.  Ensures that the data effectively supports analysis, strategic/operational planning and policy development while maintaining compliance with National Information Center (NIC) Classification.  Governs, Manages and collects data periodically to prepare reports to relevant entities.  Assists in data monitoring to ensure they are following data governance procedures.  Identifies problems and executes solutions to improve data quality and data access.  Maintains comprehensive records of all data processing activities conducted by the university.  Ensures the university data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable.  Ensures adherence to the defined standards, polices and processes.  Supports documentation of how the data will be stored, consumed, integrated, and managed by different data entities including proper data definitions, quality of the data, data lineage, data security, and data sharing.  Performs other job related duties as required.
