Education: Diploma Degree in Education/Business Administration or a related field - Essential Experience :One (1) year of experience in Admission and Registration – Preferred English Language skills: IELTS: 5, STEP: 75, or TOEFL: (PBT: 466) (IBT: 51)
Assists in the implementation and proper dissemination of information regarding the selection, admission and registration of students for all colleges. Prepares Admission and Registration forms for applicants. Assists in processing and collecting the application/admissions complete packages. Assists in processing the approved new students’ admission package. Advises students about the programs offered, admission procedure, and eligibility. Provides certifications to students’ and applicants ‘queries in a professional manner. Communicates with students for any inquiries through direct Communication, phone calls or official communication channels. Prepares, verifies and follows up graduation requirements and assist in the annual graduation ceremony Processes related administrative documentation and information as directed. Ensures confidentiality and releases of information as directed based on the university by-laws. Assists in designing and implementing or revising or updating Student Handbook. Performs other job-related duties as required.
