Education: Diploma in Business Studies, Training and Development Human Resources or in related fields. Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years working experience in related fields - English Language skills: IELTS: 6, STEP: 75%, or TOEFL: (PBT: 500) (IBT: 61)
1. Provides general administration support for the training operational daily functions, such as answering telephone enquiries, receives trainees, responds to training queries, typing, photocopying, binding handouts, sending faxes filing. 2. Prepares and distributes training aids such as instructional material, handouts, evaluation forms, and visual aids, sets up audiovisual equipment and makes presentations when necessary. 3. Contacts attendees and department representatives about training program. 4. Schedules the appropriate venue or classroom and prepares the physical set-up. 5. Assists with the training arrangements such as numbers of manuals and specific materials are ordered and in-readiness, maintenance of the training venue, logistics for the transportation and accommodation and other arrangement as required. 6. Prepares and ensures that all related course materials, training books/manuals, audiovisual aids and other related equipment/ materials are available ordered. 7. Ensures and produces certificates ready for distribution at the completion of each training session/course. 8. Maintains and updates the training database using database applications. 9. Assists in preparing related surveys, questionnaires and training program evaluations for the effectiveness of training programs.
