* Works and elaborates with Human Resources Information System and information Technology Services to ensure the development, enhancement or acquisition of the Information Technology tools needed to support the performance management activities. * Creates and updates records and databases of employees. * Coordinates and facilitates the communication to all staff of performance issues, including preparing Reports for managers, committees, and giving presentations. * Assists the supervisor in the preparation of special reports and unusual problems involving deviation from policy or procedures. * Performs other job-related duties as required.
