Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities

-Responsible for providing necessary analysis and information to identify root cause of system failures in various areas and department. -Design and support the implementation of solutions to eliminate recurring failures and enhance systems performance through process improvement. -Develop and provide frequent status updates of all ongoing projects and open issues that need resolution. -Manage projects involving Quality improvement and Patient Safety from formation of project team through post implementation support. -Identify, assess, and prioritize the risk followed by coordinated and economical application of resources to minimize, monitor, and control the probability and/or impact of unfortunate event.
