Education : Bachelor Degree in Architecture – Essential Work Experience : Seven (7) years of experience in CAD with 2D, 3D drawings, and maintenance, or construction — Essential English Language Level : Level – I – Essential IELTS: 6, STEP: 75%, or TOEFL: (PBT: 500) (IBT: 61)
Principal Duties: Provides effective and professional planning, recommendation, management and implementation of maintenance programs. Assists in implementing a routine general and Planned Preventive Maintenance System (PPM) by evaluating maintenance methods, ensuring that work is done as described. Prepares cost estimates, timelines and downtime estimates for assigned work. Ensures cost-effective employee performance in the work completed. Analyzes and evaluates existing buildings/facilities, identifies deficiencies and proposes remedial action. Responds to Help Desk service requests related to assigned areas and promptly to emergencies. Leads a team of Engineers to design all Architectural and Engineering requirements in order to develop a complete tender document that includes the scope of work, technical specifications, bill of quantities, and drawings within budget limitations, where the proposed projects can be intended for modifications, alterations, adaptations or new constructions. Provides architectural, technical assistance related to projects, defining and evaluating future space, services, equipment requirements and reviews, CAD drawings, layouts, study models, and construction documents. Keeps track of assigned projects and ensures completeness of all records and updates drawings, specifications and other documents for the campus buildings, equipment, and systems in coordination with the Technical Library. Performs other job related duties as required.
