- Education: Associate Diploma in Computer Science/ Technical Support or a related field - Essential - Work Experience: Two (2) years of experience in Technical Support— Essential - English Language skills: IELTS: 4.5, STEP: 50, or TOEFL: (PBT: 410-413) (IBT: 34)
- Ensures proper setup and operation of technical equipment and installation and maintenance of applications in the university. - Troubleshoots common issues and directs clients towards appropriate department if further assistance is needed. - Conducts a scheduled inventory of equipment, devices and supplies. - Improves system performance by solving problems and recommending effective changes - Provides technical support for requests by using manuals to diagnose and make repairs, identifying problems, researching solutions as well as, helping the end user in the use of technology. - Maintains an up-to-date documentation and essential feedback for equipment, provided service, incident, replacement or repair requests, malfunctioning equipment and materials and utilization reports.
