Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor degree in Physical Education - Essential Work Experience: Six (6) years of experience in recreation operation — Essential English Language Level: Level - I - Essential

Job Responsibilities

 Supervises the daily operations of Staff Recreation and Sport Complex.  Plan, organize and implement various recreational and sport activities that meet the needs of participants/members of the Staff Recreation Services and Sport Complex.  Ensure that facilities and equipment are properly maintained, cleaned and in a good and safe operational condition.  Initiate a welcoming atmosphere to all participants of the facilities by encouraging the staff to be approachable and supportive to all users.  Ensure that necessary requirements and information of the approved program are properly communicated to the staff and the program participants.  Assess and resolve the users complain and escalate any unsolved issue to the immediate superior, if necessary.  Liaise with procurement department to ensure appropriate quantity of supplies and equipment are maintain for all recreational and sport programs.  Maintain approved project record as required by the department policy and procedure, adopting good practice and maintaining compliance with the project policy.  Supervise staff performance, prepare staff schedules, monitor workload, resolve operations problems and identify opportunities for improvement.  Performs other job related duties as required
