Education: Bachelor degree in business administration- Essential Experience: Minimum Two years working experience in related field- Preferred English Language skills: IELTS: 6, STEP: 75, or TOEFL: (PBT: 500) (IBT: 61)
1- Co-ordinate with various departments and other special projects develop contractual requirements. 2- Prepare and develop contractual plans and consummate complex contracts. 3- Develop listings of prospective contractors. 4- Develop requests for proposals. 5- Conduct opening and abstracting of proposals. 6- Co-ordinate the negotiate effort in pricing, technical, etc. 7- Negotiate contract terms, conditions and prices, as may be required. 8- Determine contractor’s responsibility. 9- Perform site inspection, as applicable. 10- Control contractor reporting requirements and submittals. 11- Issue modifications and supplemental agreements to contractors. 12- Negotiate changes required in contracts. 13- Perform other job related duties as assigned.
