Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or major in Human Resources or equivalent qualification. Work Experience: Minimum of three (4) years’ experience in Human Resources or Compensation and benefits within a medium to large organization.
-Assists in evaluating requests pertaining to jobs/positions from various departments. -Prepares cases for Corporate Job Classifications Committee. -Coordinates with various departments within the organization to gather required information for cases and positions. -Collates local market compensation rates -Prepares material for participating in salary surveys. -Uploads updated job descriptions onto the internet.
