Job Requirements

English Language skills: IELTS: 6, STEP: 75, or TOEFL: (PBT: 500) (IBT: 61) Educations: Bachelor Degree in Administration Work experience: 5 years’ experience in call center filed with supervisory experience

Job Responsibilities

• Supervises and arrange for complete manning of all the call center. • Ensures complete manpower statistics available to carry out the call center daily work. • Responsible to conduct on the job training for the new employee. • Plans and review monthly shifting schedules or on call schedule and ensures that all Dep are provided as well as the staff leaves/holiday are well tracked. • Review monthly report prior for submission the Director, Corporate Communications KSAU-HS. • Ensures adherence/compliance of KSAU-HS policies and procedures. • Performs other job related duties as required.
