Job Requirements

Education: High School Degree - Essential Work Experience: One (1) year of experience in an administrative related field – Preferred

Job Responsibilities

 Acts as the primary contacts of the department and ensures all calls, appointments, booked meetings, inquiries are properly delegated or relayed to immediate personnel.  Performs general office duties of typing, operating office equipment, sorting mail, maintaining records, staff support and basic bookkeeping.  Collects and Delivers document materials from and to departments within the university and outside agencies.  Sorts, files, tracks, and archives electronic and hard copy documents as required.  Receives, sorts, logs, stamps and distributes incoming and outgoing mail.  Distributes meeting files to different departments.  Schedules conference calls and meetings and assists visitors.  Requests, tracks, and maintains inventory, office supplies, equipment and ensures proper keeping.  Facilitates services and maintenance requests and maintain records receipts.  Delivers messages and run errands, and ensures confidentiality at all times.  Performs other job-related duties as required.
