Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Medical Education, Health Sciences, or a related field – Essential Work Experience: Two (2) years of experience in a related field – Essential English Language Skills: IELTS: 5, STEP: 75, or TOEFL: (PBT: 500) (IBT: 61) – Essential
Principal Duties: - Performs studies to analyze impact or proposed organizational changes or mission of the department. - Reviews, updates, and disseminates administrative policies and procedures, as well as, provides assistance to organize and conducts related workshops. - Assists in the development and execution of administrative policies and procedures, mission statements, and organizational charts. - Assists in developing and recommending new organizational charts or revising existing drafts as may be required. - Collaborates in the comprehensive database maintenance on current approved organizational charts, as well as approved official forms. - Provides assistance to units on matters relating to organizational/official forms analysis. - Provides assistance in formulating recommendations concerning the establishment of related programs or process that will enhance the development of the organization. - Prepares periodic reports on work activities, achievements, comments, and recommendations related to work progress and prepares monthly and annual report as required. - Performs other job-related duties as required.
