Job Requirements

Education : Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Health Sciences or a related field – Essential Experience: Six (6) years of experience in the field of Quality Improvement – Essential English Language skills: IELTS: 5, STEP: 75, or TOEFL: (PBT: 466) (IBT: 51)

Job Responsibilities

Principal Duties: - Facilitates the accreditation and re-accreditation activities by local and international Accreditation bodies including communicating the process to relevant staff, coordinating and preparing for survey process, and completing of assessments and response plans. - Works in collaboration with key members of the organization to identify and conduct quality improvement education needs in compliance with quality and safety regulations. - Facilitates implementation and follow up of corrective action plans in response to compliance issues. - Works with various KAIMRC services to develop departmental quality metrics and clinical Key Performance Indicators, and assist in analysis of data as needed. - Responsible for training and education of front-line staff on Risk Management and assists in training junior staff/trainees joining the research quality improvement section (RQI). - Facilitates projects involving Quality Improvement from formation of the project team to post implementation support. - Facilitates and provides support to Root Cause Analyses (RCA) teams and ensures that recommendations of RCA are monitored and tracked for effective implementation. - Assists in implementation of Continuous Performance Improvement Initiatives, which depends on area of assignment. - Conducts site visits to work with staff on relevant quality improvement/management programs/activities, and submit detailed site visit reports with findings and recommendation. - Performs other job-related duties as required.
