Job Requirements

English Language skills: IELTS: 6, STEP: 75, or TOEFL: (PBT: 500) (IBT: 61) Education: Diploma in Public Administration or related field or equivalent Work Experience: Minimum of one (4) year experience in related field.

Job Responsibilities

-Prepares, print, and releases the University temporary and permanent ID badges and vehicle stickers to University employees, residents. -Obtains and processes the documentation outlining. -Performs and processes the renewal of expired ID badges. -Issues Scholars IDs, and trainees IDs as per the request. -Collects the IDs from the employees who ended their contracts. -Generates monthly reports outlining the names of the employees who ended their contracts.
