Job Requirements

Education: Diploma in communications Technician/ Computer Technician / Networking or equivalent Work Experience: minimum of four (4) years of experience

Job Responsibilities

Participate in the planning, monitoring and upgrading of existing lP telephony System, Contact Center, Public Address system and any other added systems in the near future. Performs operation. And analysis for the systems. Downloads and updates the system software and to ensure of its latest version. Prepares technical records for future reference. Monitors the. Sub-contractors work and ensures the project is met based on the contract· agreement in accordance to university policy and procedures. Keeps all the equipment in good conditions and follows up for changing the faulty items. Coordinates and ensures that faulty/damage. items must be replaced or return to the suppler by the Maintenance Section. Applies and monitors the- communication security system in all University and Housing. Monitors all the communications system operation to ensure the quality of services. Ensures all equipment is in good conditions, Performs other job related duties as assigned
