- Education: Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or related field – Essential - Work Experience: Four (4) years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources – Essential - English Language skills: IELTS: 6, STEP: %75, or TOEFL: (PBT: 500) (IBT: 61)
Principal Duties: Develops and coordinates recruitment, retention, and strategies with the job candidates, to ensure the availability of qualified applicants as well as, participates in the design and implementation of KSAU-HS recruitment programs and initiatives. Responsible for recruiting all positions within the relevant departments including managing campaigns, candidate sourcing, shortlisting, skills and personality testing, and behavioral interview assessment. Initiates advertisement and conducts job postings including background research for internal postings and creating concise job summaries of all advertised positions. Reviews, assesses and classifies and stores all submitted applications based on each profession, as well as ensures files are completed in a timely manner. Organizes the flow of candidates through the recruitment process from scheduling interviews to bringing new employees to the university. Coordinates with Talent Acquisition staff in preparation of manpower plan and accordingly prepares, monitors and controls an efficient Talent Acquisition plan. Reviews vacancies list and submit it on an as-needed basis and manages candidate records on software and ensures that all data and information are up to date. Conducts testing, screening, and preliminary interview of potential employees and assesses eligibility and suitability for hire. Reviews weekly reports to reflect recruitment activities, current vacancies, and candidates in process. Performs other job related duties as required.
