Job Requirements

English Language skills: IELTS: 6, STEP: 75, or TOEFL: (PBT: 500) (IBT: 61) Education: Diploma in Business Administration, Business Studies, Arts, Public Administration or a related discipline - Essential Bachelor Degree in related field - Preferred • For positions within Engineering/Technical areas a technical qualification is preferred Work Experience: Minimum of four (4) years working experience, out of the four (4) years two (2) years should be in a supervisory level - Essential

Job Responsibilities

• Receives daily communications for the department and reviews/screens memos and discusses critical issues with the higher management. • Prepares actions relevant to the issues received following from the discussion • Provides general administrative support, including coordinating and follow-up with departmental staff to expedite actions on the various matters assigned within the department. • Manages the office, supervises the work of secretarial staff and performs other secretarial functions. • Prepares, develops and submits reports as requested. • Develops forms, tracking and filing systems for use in the office. Plans, develops and facilitates changes in procedures, forms and practices, workflows and personnel assignments, as necessary. • Takes charge of supervising the staff and the office operations in the absence of higher management, i.e. holidays or business trips and /or reports to the appointed Officer-in-charge as appropriate. • Performs other job related duties as required.
