Job Requirements

Education: High School diploma - Essential Work Experience: At least one (1) year experience in Office Administration or Secretarial position - Preferred. English Language skills: STEP: 50%, or IELTS: 4.5, or TOEFL: (PBT: 413-410) (IBT: 34) Typing Skills: English Typing Speed: 25 WPM

Job Responsibilities

- Performs and Provides daily administrative support to the department - Assist and welcomes visitor, arranges conference calls and schedule meetings. - Acts and assists as the primary contacts of the department and ensures all appointments or booked meetings are properly delegated or relayed to immediate personnel - Processes Travel Request Authorization (TRA) of department staff. - Answer / receives all incoming calls and transfer - Manage the routine daily inquiries and refer to the right personal for immediate action. - Prepares requisition of office supplies, equipment maintenance and follows up requests. - Demonstrates initiative in the performance of duties, requiring a minimum of supervision. -Participate in providing department’s correspondence and distributions. - Assist with the maintenance of database and filing system both electronic and hard copy. - Receive, screen, register, distribute and prioritize all incoming mail, electronic and regular. - Maintain confidentiality at all times - Performs other job related duties as required.
