Job Requirements

Education: Diploma in property Management or related field or equivalent- E Work experiences: Minimum of one (1) year experience in inventory/property control in a large industrial or hospital setting- E English Language Skills: Level-1 – E 65% Arabic Language Skills: Beneficial Computer Skills (Level): Level- III

Job Responsibilities

Principle Duties: I. Prepare and maintain official property records, hand receipts, tag registers and statements of responsibility. 2. Assist in scheduling inventories of the assigned assets. 3. Maintain and update custodial records and files. 4. Maintain pictorial/computer dictionaries pertaining to the assigned assets. 5. Maintain log boob and records pertaining to stock numbers, hand receipts and custodial account records. 6. Assist in the reconciliation of all property records, as necessary. 7. Coordinate and assist in the physical relocation of assigned assets within the project. 8. Maintain records of all relocations. 9. Assist in maintaining the accounting system by recording all transitions to the Oracle system. 10. Assist with the disposal of assets approved for scrap and salvage. 11. Provide background information and statistics in preparation of all departmental reports. 12. Maintain records related to the location and identification of assets. 13. Assist in organizing daily activities of the assigned asset control sections. 14. Coordinate with the Clinical Engineering. U&M, Communications and other departments during inspections and deliveries of equipment. 15. Perform other job related duties as required.
