RESPONSIBILITY: 1- Responsible for processing the employment request forms, preparation of letters of No. objection/release/transfer of sponsorship and other related correspondences. 2- Review and process the requests of employment verification and references. 3- Provide assistance in preparing the case studies on the appropriate employee relations matters. 4- Provide assistance in reviewing the disciplinary actions issued to erring employees to ensure compliance with policies and procedures and government law. 5- Perform various duties related to a preparation of awards and coordination of special programs and events associated with the employee morale 6- Provide assistance in facilities the training programs, seminars or workshops and assessing the necessary training materials. 7- Perform data entry of information extracted from the exit questionnaires and statistical data for relevant reports. 8- Provide assistance in preparation of monthly and annually reports and follow-up on reports deadlines. 9- Attend committee meeting and prepare minutes, as require. 10- Perform other job related duties as required.
