Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration or a related field– Essential Work Experience: Bachelor degree in Business Administration or a related field– Essential English Language level: Level-I-Essential. IELTS: 6, STEP: 75, or TOEFL: (PBT: 500) (IBT: 61)
Principal Duties: Monitors existing income generating contracts and evaluates the expansion of profitability by recommending business strategies. Coordinates with investors performing the assigned duties. Recommends short term business investments or financing proposals. Assists in invoicing, collection, validation, and monthly income report on income generating accounts. Conducts monthly rounds and inspection on businesses within premises and assists contractors with their concerns or issues citations and penalties for any non-compliance/contract violations. Assists in formulates contracts and define significant terms and conditions in line with ministry of finance policies and procedures. Regulates financial portfolios of assigned project. Initiates correspondence/reports necessary to perform the assigned duties and responsibilities Assists in the preparation of feasibility studies by collecting data. Performs other job related duties as required.
