Job Requirements

Education : Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Health Sciences or a related field - Essential Bachelor Degree in Health Sciences – Preferred Experience: Four (4) years of experience in the field Quality Improvement— Essential English Language skills: IELTS: 5, STEP: 75, or TOEFL: (PBT: 466) (IBT: 51)

Job Responsibilities

- Facilitates the accreditation and re-accreditation activities including communicating the process to relevant staff, preparing for inspections, and completing assessments and response plans. Assists in the assessment, measurement, and reporting of ongoing compliance with the local and international Accreditation bodies and other regulatory requirements. - Works in collaboration with key members of the organization to identify education needs, develop corrective action plans in response to compliance issues, and participate as appropriate in the execution of improvement strategies and education activities. - Assists in implementation of Continuous Improvement Initiatives depending on area of assignment. - Submits recommendations on annual reviews/revisions within relevant QI programs/activities, databases, indicators, etc, and performs concurrent QI reviews of the assigned area, utilizing approved indicators or criteria, as well as conducts site visits to work with staff on relevant quality improvement/management programs/activities; submits detailed site visit reports with required observations. - Responsible for reviewing results of committee meetings, mini focus studies, QI Team activities, etc. from relevant assigned facilities, and prepares quarterly reports, as well as coordinates QI activities with relevant department to maximize staff expertise in the area of Quality Improvement. - Prepares monthly/quarterly reports on QI program and compliance. Assists in training junior staff and conducting QI Workshops. Supports a culture of continuous compliance with quality and safety regulations and practices. - Performs other job related duties as required.
