- English Language skills: STEP: 50%, or IELTS: 4.5, or TOEFL: (PBT: 413-410) (IBT: 34) Education: High School. Work Experience: One (1) year experience in Office Administration or Secretarial position.
1- Manage routine queries and refer those that are appropriate to the responsible person as required. 2- Assist in department’s reports preparation as required. 3- Participate in providing departments correspondence and distributions. 4- Assist with the maintenance of database and filing system both electronic and hard copy. 5- Receive, screen, register, distribute and prioritize all incoming mail, electronic and regular.
