Job Responsibilities

- Ensures proper setup and operation of technical equipment for any requested University function/event and coordinates and schedules day-to-day support. - Ensures adequate supplies and maintains up-to-date documentation and essential feedback for equipment, provided service, incident, and utilization reports. - Ensure proper installation and maintenance of Microsoft Office and personal computers based applications. - Provides technical support for requests by using manuals to diagnose and make repairs, identifying problems, researching solutions as well as helping the end user in the use of technology. - Adheres to all prescribed safety procedures (Anti-virus, Deep Freeze, Symantec, Power related issues, etc.). - Provide technical expertise to contractors and other departments as needed. - Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
