Education: High School Degree - Essential Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year. English: Level III – Essential
- Acts as the primary contacts of the department and ensures all calls, appointments, booked meetings, inquiries are properly delegated or relayed to immediate personnel. - Performs general office duties of typing, operating office equipment, sorting mail, maintaining records, staff support and basic bookkeeping. - Collects and Delivers document materials from and to departments within the university and outside agencies. - Sorts, files, tracks, and archives electronic and hard copy documents as required. - Receives, sorts, logs, stamps and distributes incoming and outgoing mail. - Distributes meeting files to different departments. - Schedules conference calls and meetings and assists visitors. - Requests, tracks, and maintains inventory, office supplies, equipment and ensures proper keeping. - Facilitates services and maintenance requests and maintain records receipts. - Delivers messages and run errands, and ensures confidentiality at all times. - Performs other job-related duties as required.
