Job Requirements

English Language skills: STEP: 50%, or IELTS: 4.5, or TOEFL: (PBT: ​413-410) (IBT: ​34) Education: High School or diploma Work Experience: One (1) year experience in Office Administration or Secretarial position.

Job Responsibilities

1- Manage routine queries and refer those that are appropriate to the responsible person as required. 2- Assist in department’s reports preparation as required. 3- Participate in providing departments correspondence and distributions. 4- Assist with the maintenance of database and filing system both electronic and hard copy. 5- Receive, screen, register, distribute and prioritize all incoming mail, electronic and regular. 6- Processes TRAs of NGHA Departments. 7- Provide holiday coverage if needed 8- Maintain confidentiality at all times
