Develops plans that will increase the number of candidates in the database. Advertises vacant positions on the Internet via social networks and Intranet. Screens and shortlists candidates then submit them to the Specialist. Conducts initial interviews, as well as attends final interviews conducted by the departments or colleges. Coordinates with the Specialists regarding candidates to be included in the Recruitment Committee. Facilitates the mobilization of approved candidates. Prepares and verifies original documents and lists of applicants and candidates. Coordinates with various local universities, colleges, and other learning centers searching for graduate lists and potential candidates. Keeps records of candidates, department requests, and vacancies in the archive system. Generates weekly reports to reflect recruitment activities, current vacancies, and candidates in process. Performs other job-related duties as required.
