Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources management or business administration or related field – Essential Work Experience: Two (2) years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources – Essential English Language Level: STEP: 75%, OR IELTS: 5, OR TOEFL: (PBT: 466) (IBT: 51) - Essential.

Job Responsibilities

 Develops plans that will increase the number of candidates in the database.  Advertises vacant positions on the Internet via social networks and Intranet.  Screens and shortlists candidates then submit them to the Specialist.  Conducts initial interviews, as well as attends final interviews conducted by the departments or colleges.  Coordinates with the Specialists regarding candidates to be included in the Recruitment Committee.  Facilitates the mobilization of approved candidates.  Prepares and verifies original documents and lists of applicants and candidates.  Coordinates with various local universities, colleges, and other learning centers searching for graduate lists and potential candidates.  Keeps records of candidates, department requests, and vacancies in the archive system.  Generates weekly reports to reflect recruitment activities, current vacancies, and candidates in process.  Performs other job-related duties as required.
