- Coordinates with the compound's Coordinator, Staff Housing and other concerned officials regarding flight schedule of new arrivals, orientation schedule, housing assignments and key. - Meet and greet all KSAU-HS new arrivals and guests. - Arranges transportation for new arrivals from the airport to their housing accommodation. - Hands- over " Welcome Packet" to new arrivals at the airport. - Secures immigration clearance for departing employees(EOC) - Coordinates with housing planner on daily work assignments and schedule. - Provides brief orientation to new arrivals about the culture and policies of the program - Performs other job related duties as required. Requirements: Education : High School -Essential Diploma in Hotel Management or related field- Preferred Work Experience: Minimum of two (2) Years experience in related field - Essential. English language Skills: Level- II - Essential
