Education: Bachelor Degree in Food Science or a related field - Essential Work Experience: One (1) year of experience in the Food Service - Preferred English Language Skills : IELTS: 5, STEP: 75, or TOEFL: (PBT: 466) (IBT: 51)
Principal Duties: - Performs daily inspections of food service storage areas to ensure adequate quantity of goods on hands. - Carry out regularly scheduled environmental health inspection of the Food Service Storage area to ensure safety and cleaning program standards are maintained. - Ensures contractor compliance with policies and procedures related to foodstuff storage. - Monitors and ensures all food and products purchased are of the best quality and meet Saudi Arabian Standard Organization (SASO) standards and law. - Conducts periodical inspection of Food Service storage area to ensure that the foodstuff utilized by the contractor meets the University Program quality standards. - Participates in monitoring service assembly line, and ensures compliance with the safe preparation and serving procedure. - Prepare regular inspection report of the findings and ensure the contractor’s compliance to the contracts terms and conditions. - Performs other job related duties as required.
