Job Requirements: Education: Diploma Degree- Essential. Work Experience: Tow (2) Years of Experience in a related field- Essential. English Language Level: Level-II-Essential.
Principal Duties: - Prepares, prints, and releases temporary and permanent ID badges and vehicle stickers to employees and residents of the Housing Compound and the eligible dependents and sub-contractors. - Obtains and processes the documentation outlining, the identity and the area of assignment of the employee. - Performs and processes the renewal of expired ID badges & Stickers reflecting the changes in the HR system. - Issues IDs for trainees in coordination with Training and Development. - Maintains the necessary records of list IDs. - Collects IDs from employees upon end of contract or resignation. - Ensures that the clearance forms are signed appropriately. - Generates monthly reports outlining the names of the employees who ended their contracts and the number of monthly released car stickers. - Provides the Orientation Office with the ID numbers for new arrivals. - Performs other job related duties as required.
