Job Requirements

English Language skills: IELTS: 5, STEP: 75, or TOEFL: (PBT: 466) (IBT: 51) Education: Bachelor degree in Library and Information Science – Essential Work Experience: One (1) year of experience in libraries – Preferred

Job Responsibilities

 Performs technical library functions such as cataloguing, indexing, and shelving library materials, completing bibliographic descriptions, and assigning subject headings.  Provides support for library staff and users in using the library system and Digital Library Services.  Develops, maintains and ensures overall currency and accuracy of the library catalogue.  Coordinates with Information Technology department to report any technical issues as well as provides software/hardware consultation when necessary  Performs other job-related duties as required.
