Education: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or a related field - Essential Work Experience: One (1) year of experience in a related field – Preferred English Language Level: STEP: 75% or more, IELTS: 5 or more, TOEFL:(PBT: 466 or more) (IBT: 51 or more) - Essential
-Ensures the effectiveness of the Information Technology support operations and any related projects. -Responsible for managing the IT system, security and updates. -Monitors and controls the performance and status of the Information Technology resources. -Coordinates with relevant departments ensuring that provided services are delivered properly. -Produces and presents monthly reports on KSAU-HS Information Technology performance. -Coordinates the development, maintenance and performance of the respective websites. -Implements and maintains the E-learning applications and tools for students and faculty. -Assists in technical problem resolution, end user support and third-party Information Technology support. -Performs other job-related duties as required.
