Job Requirements

Education: Diploma Degree – Essential Work Experience: One (1) year of experience in the call center or customer services field — Preferred English Language Level: IELTS: 4.5, STEP: 50, or TOEFL: (PBT: 410-413) (IBT: 34)

Job Responsibilities

Performs the duties of a telephone operator in shifting hours.  Maintains and follows the monthly schedule to ensure continuous service in the University and Housing.  Maintains a complete alphabetical listing of all staff.  Receives telephone trouble reports/requests and refers to the supervisor.  Trains the new telephone operators.  Assist employees in sending and locating fax messages.  Deals with all emergency procedures and emergency calls.  Answers and assist callers by transferring the calls to the appropriate department/person based on services business required.  Performs other job-related duties as required.
