Education: Diploma Degree – Essential Work Experience: One (1) year of experience in the call center or customer services field — Preferred English Language Level: IELTS: 4.5, STEP: 50, or TOEFL: (PBT: 410-413) (IBT: 34)
Performs the duties of a telephone operator in shifting hours. Maintains and follows the monthly schedule to ensure continuous service in the University and Housing. Maintains a complete alphabetical listing of all staff. Receives telephone trouble reports/requests and refers to the supervisor. Trains the new telephone operators. Assist employees in sending and locating fax messages. Deals with all emergency procedures and emergency calls. Answers and assist callers by transferring the calls to the appropriate department/person based on services business required. Performs other job-related duties as required.
