Job Responsibilities

• Monitors and evaluates the Contractors’ performance ensuring compliance with contractual agreements. • Supervises inspections of Services Inspector and monitors the services provided by the Services Contractors. • Supervises Environmental Services operations and coordinates with the Contractor in ensuring that proper issuance of services is smooth and operations are well maintained. • Ensures a safe and clean working environment in each area of responsibility. • Ensures that all areas are well maintained in terms of cleanliness and safety. • Directs the work of the assigned staff, making sure that all necessary tasks are completed promptly. • Supervises and evaluates subordinates and their performance. • Undertakes the training of subordinates in the working practices and standards of the department, in order that they learn the skills needed to meet the performance standards. • Performs other job-related duties as required.
