- Analyzes/processes backdated revisions/cancellations of TRAs as well as special requests for alternative airlines and early utilization of tickets. - Coordinates with Government Relations with regard to issues related to exit/re-entry visas. - Processes/calculates backdated annual merit increases and update changes in the human resources and payroll Oracle system. - Prepares commendation letters; update employees' credentials in the human resources and payroll Oracle system. - Monitors and reviews employees housing benefits, advanced housing allowances, and validates transactions through the human resources and payroll Oracle system. - Processes applications for housing and transportation allowances. - Prepares, distributes, and follows up salary determination forms to concerned departments. - Registers and updates employees’ personal information, bank account information, immediate supervisor, dependents and records in the human resources and payroll Oracle system. - Addresses employees' queries at the human resources and payroll helpdesk. - Prepares billing documents for submission to Finance. - Performs other job-related duties as required.
