* Installs, repairs and maintains Computer Hardware and Software. * Uses schematic or manufacturer's instructions and manuals to diagnose problems and make repairs. * Explores and advises the management regarding new software or equipment, updates or changes for the needs of the University. * Develops, reviews and implements departmental resource, materials, policies and procedures for production and delivery of systems. * Assists in utilization and review of computer hardware. * Maintains and manages network cabling. * Maintains an up-to-date documentation related to work activities. * Performs other job-related duties as required.
