Principal Duties: - Maintains and reviews a centralized and categorized system of all KSAU-HS’ policies and procedures and academic bylaws. - Participates in the development of new policy guidelines to ensure standardization across KSAU-HS. - Provides assistance to all areas in the interpretation of all policies and procedures. - Documents collaborations with concerned areas related to the creation, update/revision of administrative policies and procedures (APPs). - Controls a centralized system and protocol for the creation, review, and distribution of administrative policies and procedures (APPs). - Develops and reviews new and existing administrative policies and procedures (APPs), proposes recommendations, and facilitates required approvals. - Reviews and ensures that each administrative policy and procedure (APP) is reviewed by concerned areas to reflect the most up-to-date process, procedure, directive, and policy for standardization purposes. - Facilitates the process publication of administrative policies and procedures (APPs) through the university website. - Performs other job-related duties as required.
