Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor degree in business administration- Essential Experience: Minimum three (3) years working experience in related field- Essential English Language skills: IELTS: 4.5, STEP:50, or TOEFL: (PBT: 410-413) (IBT: 34)

Job Responsibilities

1- Review procurement plans, which reflect the milestone and time frames for major requisitions. 2- Assist in preparing list of prospective vendors for each proposed acquisitions. 3- Prepare and issue requests for quotations to vendors. 4- Responsible for receiving and analyzing proposals/quotations for the purpose of determining which vendors meet the requirements of the tender and are within competitive range. 5- Assist in conducting negotiation with vendors regarding terms, condition and prices. 6- Conduct any necessary cost and price analysis, audits and pre-award surveys determining the competitiveness of pricing. 7- Prepare necessary supporting documentation for the purpose of acquiring client consent, as applicable. 8- Perform other job related duties as assigned.
