- Logging incoming and outgoing mails for easy tracking records; re-route mails whenever is needed. - Prepares and types a variety of correspondences as required by the department. - Provides photocopy service where necessary. - Provides secretarial support for the Immediate Superior. - Attends and take minutes of the meeting as required by the department. - Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
