Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Law or a related field - Essential Work Experience: Two (2) years of experience in Contracts Management - Essential English Language Level : STEP: 75%, OR IELTS: 5, OR TOEFL: (PBT: 466) (IBT: 51) - Essential.
Coordinates with various departments and other special projects to develop contractual requirements, develop contractual plans with listing of prospective contractors. Communicates with vendors to provide quotations (RFQ) in Etimad platform. Coordinates with the Government Expenditure & Project Efficiency regarding contracts & tenders. Assists in coordination with National Unified Procurement Company (NUPCO) on medical’s effective strategic procurement system and for any procurement issues. Ensures compliance with Local Content & Growth Procurement Authority new policies. Assists in opening and abstracting of proposal and coordinates the negotiation effort in pricing regarding contract terms, conditions and as may be required. Determines contractor’s responsibility and obtains approval for contractual actions, as applicable. Awards contracts, coordinates contractor's activity with lateral departments (QA, inspections, etc.) and control contractor reporting requirements and submittals. Issues modifications and supplemental agreement and negotiates changes in contract. Coordinate between contracting parties, prepare contract financial management, analysis, prepare briefing, status and position papers as required. Assists in performing, administering, recommending, and monitoring the funds requirement of the post award contract. Performs other job-related duties as required.
